Job Description

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide strategic HR advice to management and contribute to business planning.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff across all departments.
• Design and implement training and development programs to build employee capabilities.
• Support managers in setting SMART goals and conducting appraisals.

Required Skills or Experience

• Experience leading HR function in the Financial services space
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, IHRMP Ghana, HRCI) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience
• Knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices
