Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and HR administration. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, communication skills, and attention to detail.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and exit process for employees
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with company HR policies
  • Support staff performance appraisals and disciplinary procedures
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs
  • Manage leave schedules, attendance records, and HR documentation
  • Respond promptly to employee queries and provide necessary support
  • Prepare and submit HR reports as required
  • Ensure compliance with Ghana Labour Law and internal policies

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Ghana Labour regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
