Job Summary

Are you an HR professional with a passion for purpose-driven work and building strong people systems? Our sustainability and ESG consulting firm is seeking a Human Resource Consultant to support our growing team with strategic HR guidance, systems development, and people-first practices—all in a flexible, remote setting.

What You’ll Do

Provide strategic HR consulting on recruitment, onboarding, and retention practices aligned with our values.
Lead the development and implementation of HR systems and plans, including performance management, compensation frameworks, and employee lifecycle processes.
Support the creation of inclusive hiring practices and equitable workplace policies.
Advise on employee engagement, professional development, and organizational culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across remote teams.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Required Skills or Experience

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an HR consultant, generalist, or business partner.
Strong understanding of HR systems design, compliance, and remote team dynamics.
Familiarity with sustainability, ESG, or purpose-driven organizations is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives.
Knowledge of HRIS platforms and digital collaboration tools.
Background in coaching, facilitation, or leadership development.
