Operating with greater autonomy than the junior role, this position owns the end-to-end advisory and engagement strategy for the segment, drives business development, coaches the Junior Wealth Manager, and works cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to deepen the segment’s value to the business. The role is accountable for measurable growth in segment size, contribution value, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Portfolio Advisory

  • Lead portfolio structuring conversations with customers, providing guidance on goal-based allocation and product selection across the full Achieve and Petra investment universe.

  • Proactively monitor segment portfolios, identify optimisation opportunities, and deliver personalised recommendations that drive improved customer outcomes.

  • Establish and maintain a structured engagement cadence for the segment, ensuring high-value customers receive consistent, proactive touchpoints.

  • Monitor customer support channels to ensure expected experience is being delivered in a timely manner

Cross-Selling & Business Development

  • Own and iterate the sales playbook for the mass affluent segment, targeting a 25%+ conversion rate for prospect conversations.

  • Lead execution of outreach campaigns — in-person presentations, webinars, and events — targeting both existing and prospective mass affluent users.

  • Drive cross-sell penetration across Investments, Insurance, Pensions, Loans, and Homes products within the segment.

  • Design and execute a structured reactivation programme for dormant mass affluent users.

  • Identify and evaluate institutional or corporate fund opportunities as a growth lever for the segment.

Content & Segment Engagement

  • Source and present deals, perks, and exclusive offers tailored to the segment’s financial goals and lifestyle needs.

  • Partner with the Product team to shape the in-app experience for mass affluent users, translating segment insights into product and feature recommendations.

Reporting, Analytics & Strategy

  • Own segment reporting — tracking user count, monthly contributions, behavioral retention, cross-sell penetration, and CSAT — and present findings to the PM Team Lead and leadership.

  • Translate segment data into actionable insights that inform the marketing and product roadmap.

  • Contribute to the broader lump sum strategy by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within the segment.

Team Development & Supervision

  • Supervise and coach the Junior Wealth Managers — reviewing their work, providing regular feedback, and supporting their development toward greater autonomy.

  • Design and maintain a structured onboarding and development plan for the junior role.

  • Serve as an escalation point for the Junior Wealth Manager on complex client issues or situations outside standard procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
